Even after being told directly to cancel a selling agreement and to relist the property, she refused and continued to sell even though that stuck us with extra closing fees. Jamie assured us they that the buyer had agreed to cover these repairs costs but we see them listed on the closing papers. To hide this, she had an mobile notary appear and an elderly sellers home to sign these agreements without allowing her to consult an attorney. We heard of Jim fulgenzi on a radio ad with another couple. That couple had issues as well but managed to cancel their selling agreement.
